Agreement
These terms govern your use of MyAccurate Payroll services provided by RWK Africa Limited. By creating an account or using the service, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for yourself or your organisation.
Accounts and authorised use
- Provide accurate registration and billing information
- Protect passwords, verification codes and sensitive access credentials
- Give users only the permissions required for their work
- Notify us promptly about suspected unauthorised access
- Use the service only for lawful payroll, HR and business purposes
Customer data
You retain ownership and control of the data you submit. You grant us the limited permission needed to host, process, back up and transmit that data to provide the service. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality and required notices or consents for employee data.
Subscriptions, trials and payments
Paid access is governed by the plan, employee allowance, billing cycle and price shown when you subscribe. Trials may be limited by time or features. Taxes and third party transaction charges may apply. We will communicate material price changes before they affect a future billing period.
Payroll decisions and compliance
The service helps calculate payroll and prepare records, but your organisation remains responsible for reviewing and approving payroll, maintaining accurate inputs, paying employees and meeting filing or remittance obligations. Regulatory requirements can change, so important decisions should be checked against current official guidance.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service reliable and secure, but maintenance, internet failures and events outside reasonable control can interrupt access. We may improve, replace or retire features while taking reasonable care to avoid unnecessary disruption.
Prohibited activity
- Accessing data or accounts without permission
- Uploading malicious code or disrupting the service
- Reverse engineering or copying protected parts of the platform except where law permits
- Using the service for fraud, harassment or unlawful discrimination
- Circumventing plan limits or security controls
Suspension and termination
We may suspend access where necessary to address security risk, unlawful use, nonpayment or a serious breach. You may stop using the service and request account closure subject to outstanding obligations and lawful retention requirements.
Liability and governing law
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Any direct liability is limited fairly in light of the fees paid and the circumstances, except where liability cannot legally be limited. These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya and disputes are subject to the courts of Kenya.
