MyAccurate Payroll is provided by RWK Africa Limited from 83 Westlands Road, Nairobi, Kenya. This policy applies to our website, payroll platform, employee portal and related support services.
Information we collect
- Account and business contact details such as names, email addresses and phone numbers
- Employee and payroll information provided by an authorised customer
- Usage, device, security and audit information needed to operate and protect the service
- Messages, demo requests and support communications you send to us
- Billing and transaction references used to manage subscriptions and payments
How we use information
We use information to provide payroll and HR features, authenticate users, calculate payroll, generate reports, deliver support, process subscriptions, improve reliability, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations. We process employee data on the instructions of the employer that controls that data.
Legal basis and customer responsibility
We process information where it is needed to provide a contracted service, comply with law, protect legitimate business and security interests, or act on valid consent. Customers are responsible for having authority to upload and process employee information through the platform.
Sharing and service providers
We may use carefully selected hosting, communications, analytics, payment and support providers to operate the service. They may process only the information needed for their role. We do not sell personal information.
Security and retention
We use access controls, encryption in transit, audit records and operational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system is risk free. We retain information only for as long as needed to provide the service, meet contractual and legal duties, resolve disputes and maintain necessary records.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information. Employees should normally direct payroll record requests to their employer first because the employer controls those records. We will assist customers with valid requests.
International processing and updates
Some service providers may process information outside Kenya with appropriate safeguards. We may update this policy as our services or legal responsibilities change. Material changes will be communicated through the service or our normal contact channels.
